Our Images

All photo colours can vary from screen to screen, we do endeavour to make the photos as close to the real colours as possible, however, lighting and screens make all the difference.

Please contact us via our Facebook page or via email if you have any questions. 

Please ask before using any of our images for your advertising, we may be able to supply a photo without our water mark.

 

Change of mind

We do NOT offer exchange or refund for change of mind. 

 

UV DTF/ DTF Prints 

Please note, Bliss Blanks Australia will NOT be held responsible for any application mishaps.

Please do your own research on how to apply before applying so you can gain extra knowledge, once you find your way of applying, then you will be set. 

Our way of the application process may not suit everyone and you may find an easier way that suits you better. 

 

Replacements/ refunds/ missing or incorrect items 

In the unlikely event our products arrive faulty or in damaged condition or if you were to have received the incorrect items, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you do not contact us in the time frame given, no refunds or replacements will be given. 

Each item is checked for any damage before being sent out, so it would be very unlikely, if at all you would receive damaged goods unless something happened during shipping. Having that happen, we would contact the shipping company.

All items must be returned in the same condition you have received them or a refund/exchange will be refused.

Refunds will be processed once they have arrived back to us and they have been checked. 

 

Pick up 

Pick up is available by appt only.  

 

Processing times

Please allow 2-4 business days for your orders to be picked, packed and shipped (Sometimes we may have delays). 

You will be advised if there are any major delays with your order being shipped.
